Do your customer support even know the game?

First of all, special thanks to this guy of listing (as much as possible) of event/drops special items. But due to my excessive amount of inventory items, I am unable to actually locate/check all of theirs availability in my account. Thus I need customer support to step in and help me.

I want to count/check my account’s inventory, especially those unique/special/limited items. Like special pistols/swords/decos/melee weapons, etc. Also customization body parts that I purchased. (customization inventory is a much messy place to check)
In almost 3 years of playing time, I messed up all kinds of stuff inside my inventory, and I obviously can not figure out how many special/limited things I collected.
And due to the game still do not have a search function of the inventory. And just look at how many soldiers I have, eg moscow allies.

It’s impossible to find one by one from each soldier’s inventory.

And your customer support like knowing nothing of the game.
And even letting me to send them pictures and even videos (WTF) to them.

I am asking support to help me out of my messy inventory. But they seems like know nothing of the game, and what’s special items are/at.

Seriously, if your support even dont care about your game’s special events rewards. Why should we care about them either?
