i opened one with some leftover gold and got that old m8 greyhound squad so like i think its ight
You should add a “mixed feelings” option for the poll. I honestly do like the idea of a gold box but the fact that it is bloated with clothes that are barely different from free ones sucks. Also the fact that we have to pay more gold to buy customization items from squads we already own is ridiculous. If they made these “special” clothes purchasable with appreance orders and removed some unneccessary filler i would fully support the box

I posted on the other thread, but I will say again:
I had a LOT of gold saved up and I am just in shock by the rewards you can get
the squads I was getting was simply unprecedented
never have I got so many new squads so quickly, old weapons, genuine equipment which I dont even know was available
I am shocked - i just dont know what to say
I appreciate these “do you like [X]” posts that you make every now and again for news threads.
I think it would be better served though if you structured the polls around clean, standardised, and understandable tiers.
Preferably a five-tier poll, along the lines of:
- I strongly like
- I like
- I am Neutral
- I Dislike
- I Strongly Dislike
This way, your threads are more legible not just to us forum plebs, but any wandering Helper or CM would be able to not just understand it, but also take it seriously.

u claim that people should not get access to older squads because u “missed out”
but u do realise, if someone pays enough, they can get access to ur precious squads? so ur idea of scarcity / loyalty / having to be there to have it is basically erased by a player who pays enough
how do u reconcile this?
edit: like I had gold stored up and bought some gold (yes shoot me) and now I have quite a lot of legacy squads, which u previously argued one should not have, and arguments for people to have them was communism.
well. I have them. I pretty much paid for them. so what do u say against adding them to the tech tree now / a general store / when i basically paid to get them?

Re silver crates: The odds are so low, it is a neglible means to obtain anything let alone a good reward.
I have your precious squad you called me a communist for wanting access to in a traditional way. I basically had to pay for it. I now have it, I am sure so many others have it. What is the difference how one gets it - let players access it in a tech tree
Oh, I remember. You wanted to transform an event reward into standard tech tree item. Completely screwing over people who either paid for event stages or invested time into event.
I have no problem with them to get chance gamble their resources (time) or money for chance to get it retrospectively.
First of all, thank you for the vote of confidence. It is appreciated. 
To start off with, I’ve never like gambling when it comes to real money. It’s not a religious thing or anything, I’ve just never liked the concept. I prefer knowing what I am going to get when I part with money. That is the basis of a fair contract, after all.
My biggest gripe is that these gold boxes are… quite artificial. Battle Pass rewards that would have been freely accessible in the BP shop, before they got removed (with a tactful window to incentivise FOMO purhcases). Same thing with the Premium squads - they used to be available, then got pulled, but not before telling everyone to “buy them now, while you can…”
So, they’ve filled out the boxes with items that they’ve decided to no longer supply for artificial reasons - and now they expect you gamble away with your hard earned money, rather than offering them up for purchase directly. I just think that is incredibly scummy, and a really low way to make business. But, apparently, that makes me a communist, so what do I know.
Another thing that annoys me greatly, is that current owners of event and premium squads can’t buy cosmetics from the squads they’ve rightfully earned with cosmetic tokens they’ve also rightfully earned.
It’s a travesty, that you can spend up to 50 Euros in a single purchase - the price of a whole game - and then you have to spend even more if you want to use those cosmetics elsewhere. As an owner, you should be allowed greater freedom with the things that you own - and as a paying customer, I should be given extra inscentives to purchase premium content.

I did not want to transform anything - I argued that against the fundamental principle, one which no one has succesfully rebutted that because you came earlier, you get special privileges like access to essential equipment
It is a disparity between old and new players
