War thunder era 1/2 is fun and is fine become toxic and with a lot of gaijin moment at era 3
Of course I play for fun … but for some min-max is fun and not for others … So everyone plays for fun however you play. And at the end of the day this is just a game not a job. It should be enjoyable / fun or why do it?
When it stops being fun then I take a break to find other fun … Life’s too short and time is precious …
i always play firstly for fun. Being efficient at using my resources just improves my fun; i use secondaries for snipers and Assaulters as the weapon choice (iron sight for snipers, shotgun or a second SMG for assaulters) proves more useful than a grenade i rarely use as is, medpacks that are a coin toss or a single extra mag when i have an engi to build ammo wherever i need it.
But ill use backpacks for the engineers, gunners and bombers as well why not, another grenade that was just sitting in storage never hurt anyone
There’s a certain joy in min-maxing, just that at the end of the day, it feels like treating a game you play into something like a job where you think hard about how to best do this.
