But I want to run two Tigers after the merge – one from Berlin (already have), one from Normandy (a long way to grind the same stuff I already have).

But from my understanding, we’ll keep everything what we were able to get before merge.
Meaning you will have both squads that can use tiger and all previous tiger. So it’s very likely “veterans” will be able to use two tigers in one setup.

On data sheet devs showed us Tanker III squad from moscow is BR 8, but the best tank they can equip is only on BR 6 (Pz IV F2).
So I wonder what’s planned for this specific case, since it obviously needs to be reworked somehow.
This list was shown to the players because it was not final and needed discussion and criticism. While there is no final decision, I can hardly answer your question)
I hope soon the developers will be able to show an updated list where the BR will be adjusted according to players suggestions.

Although it sounds weird that a player might buy a Panther G in Normandy for gold now and then after the merge it will just disappear (and only Panther G from Berlin will be available)?
In this case I guess I’ll go unlock the Panther/Tiger squad in Normandy and buy the gold order Tiger, so that after the merge I can have two squads with two Tigers.
You will be able to use gold order Panther G from Normandy in Berlin squad. And if player have neither of this squads, they will be able to use it when unlock Panther G in tech tree. Or squad that be able to drive Panther, not sure. Anyway, gold order tank will not dissapear in any case.

There is no Panther G in Normandy. The Panther in Normandy is Panther A.
