Visually the barrel doesn’t seem to move, but the sight shakes all over the place.
PS: It’s not a complaint, it’s a question xD

I always thought it had something to do with either the reticle or the actual accuracy of the shell (dispersion).
It says “Improves the aiming ability of a tank cannon”
Now, unless it gives you aimbot, I doubt it’ll be useful for anything other than a stabilizer…
Because I also don’t notice any difference when aiming statically with or without the skill.
From my experience, this perk allows the gunner to move the horizontal and vertical azimuth of the gun at the same time. It makes the gun movement smoother and more comfortable.
It’s true… Well, it’s either poorly translated or terribly presented… And at the same time it’s also ridiculous because according to me all tanks/armored vehicles can do that xD
I thought it made the sight glow green or red depending on where youre aiming lol
Some Actively Yes, and Mostly Passive.
I need Those Reloading Time Perk for Soldiers and tanker.
The fast healing perk is very helpful.
The Extra Stamina perk helps too.
And maybe the fast melee perk for speeding up ur digging.
It allows you to aim by moving your cannon diagonally. Without the perk your tanker can only move horizontally or vertically at a time
