Do paratroopers get health buff when landing?

I have shot paratroopers many times with one shot guns like bolt actions and 20mm flaks but they only get downed or get an hit marker. It is pretty annoying to kill landing paras right now

Majority of them has base vitality perk which can be combined with normal vitality perk. BAs definitely aren’t guaranteed one shot

But what about flaks? Arent those supposed to one shot?

Okay, in that case there’s always possibility of bug.

yea shot some paratrooper with aa myself and there is definitely something going on

unless single aa have lower damage than old quad aa?
