Hello. With the upcoming update, as we all know, all the campaigns will be merged and the squad system will be reworked, removing most of the squad system. I’m alright with the research system and I am pretty sure most of the players would like this system.
Myself, who has been playing since the release, and the reason I’ve continued playing is because of the uniqueness of the game, the campaigns, the squad systems. The original concept of the game was like that. The fact that you want to remove the campaigns is outrageous. It would make the game way more unbalanced and historically inaccurate, this will make the game another typical arcade shooter. If the merge really happens, I would consider quiting the game and I’m sure more than enough that most of the older players will quit after this merge, and, considering the fact that you already don’t have a big playerbase, and the new players are a rare occasion, this update would be a big failure.
Here are the some reasons why the merge would be a failure:
1.A lot of the players will probably quit, and if not a lot, atleast a part of the players will quit.
2.The premium squads will lose their value by 70%, which will be quite humiliating for the players who bought one.
3.The historical accuracy would be nonexistent. You can bring a M14/41 into Normandy, or bring a motorcycle to Berlin. The game wasn’t really historic before, but you are making it way worse.
4.Battle Rating would be useless, as if you can knock out a whole premium squad or a maxed out played players with the basic starting rifle, so it wouldn’t make sense. The battles in higher tiers will be STGs vs AS-44s, which would kill the already barely exsisting atmosphere.
There are a lot more to list, but, I’m trying to make this as short as possible.
Don’t get be wrong, I’m not trying to make Enlisted look bad, I’ve spent a lot of my time and money on this game, but, the game is barely improving.
I hope more people would protest against this, because we want to save our already crawling game.
Thank you for reading and reaching till the end.
