Hello!

Recently I’ve noticed in a test server a new premium squad. Nice that they have a automortar but… guys. Who actually use a mortars. Who in a world needs that stuff at br 4-5. Not to win, not to win in a soviet team for sure. Okay, AG-2 is interesting, but if you bring us 5-men squad at br 4. Give them at least some good hand weapon. An SVT? Are you serious?

Who ask you to bring it? Who?

Guys, you need money? Well, give us an AVS-36 early for 25 rounds for that premiums. I will took it - and many others will do as well. Let it be 5. Let it be a mortar man stuck perks.

But if you give them valuable hand gun - people excuse everything else. But not an another SVT, boys - you now, that I am right.

You bring premiums because of monetarisation system well - make a good weapons - in a count 5 men - it can be anything good - its a small squad which ain’t be pay to win anyway

AVT-40 10round, AVS-36 10 round, even SVT40 Bubnov drum; honestly anything thats interesting or different.

The copy paste is in poor taste and sets a bad precedent.

Okay you bring us Walter semiautorifle - who bring it? Well, it’s kind a the same squad - one unique ability, ten rounds magazine, only a faster reload. I don’t know people who like this axis squad at all

Walter semi is (bad) but at least BR3. This weapon will 90% of the time put you into BR5, where an SVT40 is basically useless.

Im just demotivated because the squad graphic is already out so theyre unlikely to change that aspect.

I think best low cost solution would be an AVT-40 10 round weapon, because it fits very well in Br4, and is is basically the same rifle as in the unit graphic.

Sad that we have very the same akt rifle at br 4. OK, if it will be at br 3 - its more or less valuable but even though I don’t like it. Bubnov svt of that new modification is a little more preferable - now it’s for sure not enough to pay for… I tell it as a crazy man with a Shosha mg and 2 gease gun prem squads

I agree, im just presenting the lowest dev cost solution in this case.

Well even a 15 rounds magazine looks as something…

Just a question - why should I pay 15 dollars for an svt-40 with 10 rounds. It have been added in 2021 may. Since then it in a game. Why should I pay for that. A reason. Why?!

the point of the squad is the automatic grenade launcher you can build, not the rifle itself

Not every premium squad needs to have a kickass weapon to make you better than people with more restrained spending habits

I mean radio squad of axis with a walter also got a uniqe thing but it aint make it great purchise though

It is not pure copypaste, unlike stuff like Ofenrohr and pfausts. It has at least different skin.

Sure but how would u feel abaout a axis panzerfaust 3 premium squad?

The svt40 inclusion severely makes the squad worse, beyond being a exact copy past of a weapon already in the TT

Its less atractive purchase for an amataur (who just sees the svt40 icon in store and gets confused) to pros who know currently BR4 is conpletely dead and this rifle inclusion butchers the squad.

Its a lose lose from every angle

Ive mentioned literally renaming the model to AVT40 (10rd) and giving it secondary full auto capability, at least theres more to it than 1 soon to die engineer with a 1 min set up time for some wunderwaffen

All the had to do is give the squad BBMi-82 82mm silent mortar and move it to BR III:

There is litteraly an engineer premium squad with the TT G41.

At least this new squad has the automatic grenade launcher and it’s the only premium mortar squad, that’s what makes this squad different.

If you don’t like it, don’t buy it.

There are a bunch of legacy squads with same weapons as TT

Theyre legacy for a reason . My point is not to bring this concept back :unamused:

Always a pleasure

On a semi serious note, I would rather have boring premium squad that ones with clearly superior weapons to what you can find in the TT.

As I said, the focus of the squad is not the weapon, but the feature that come along.

Look at the BR1 german paratrooper squad, you don’t buy them for their weapon, but for the fact that they are paratroopers.

They’re not legacy. They keep selling them from time to time (unlike legacy stuff, which should never return).
For example they even reintroduced new updated version of Beretta M1918 premium squad long after merge (during first wave of steam release).

But they’re considered to be for collectors.
