I set up my loadouts to see if I could get into at least one III battle rating or lower game, yet every one I’ve joined I’ve just been killed by high BR weapons. Does the battle rating actually count for anything?
If you are using br3 loadout the chance of you getting br1-3 is extremely low at least from my experience don’t know how people keep getting it tbh
I got like maybe 2 out of 15 br 1-3 game when I use br3 loadout

yes, but it’s luck dependant, i’ve been in plenty of br 1-3 games when using BR 3 stuff

I play BR3 almost exclusively and I have a pretty good mix of the different regions. I play US
No complaints about the mix of Pacific, Tunisia, Ardennes, and Normandy

I’ve been getting almost nothing but Pacific as of late and I rarely see Panther’s when I DO fight Krauts. Been killin a LOT of Pz II’s. One was with a 500lb bomb. Lol

So I’m not exactly sure how it happened, but last night I was invited to join a group while I was playing US. The group leader wanted to play Soviets and my Soviet lineup was BR5 (Event paratroopers and Event assault squad from last two events)
When we were in the game, there were tons and tons of bolt action Germans that were eating my assault rifle. I’m not sure of all of those guys had like a single BR3 rifle that put them with me or if I was somehow sucked into a low tier game since the group leader was low BR, but I think it might have happened.

The 500 pounders make it a whole lot easier to get the kill. I went from trying to dive bomb with 100 pounders on the P51C and upgrading to 500 pounders made a night and day difference (unsurprisingly)
I think I might have gotten 2 dive bombing runs on the money with the hundos

Upgraded to the 500 pounders back just before Christmas when I got my first gold ticket and bought the “Hurry Home Honey” There’s not much cooler in the game than dropping bombs directly on massed troops, destroying a Panzer and killing 30 at the same time lol
That’s been my goto for a couple months now; working on unlocking the Corsair atm, which will put me back at using rockets.
Oh the P-47 just can’t be beat. Haven’t looked into the Corsair much, so I don’t know its payload off the top of my head. Know it ain’t P-47 Thunderbolt levels of screw around and find out though. Lol

What’s the F-4U got? Probably 8 HVAR’s if I had to guess? Or is it also stuck with M8’s?

Corsair has HVARs and cannons; only thing it doesn’t have from the Thunderbolt is the 500 lb bomb.
I don’t remember the exact quantities off the top of my head, but I think it’s 8 HVARs and “a couple thousand” rounds from Ma Deuce.
Yep, Corsair has 8x HVAR and 4x 20mm AN/M2 cannon with 924 rounds.
As a fighter it’s faster and better manouvrable than the P47 which is attacker.
Both great planes.
But nothing beats the firepower of the P47.
I always start with that one and switch to Corsair after my P47 goes down.

F4U-4C Corsair had the 20mm AN/M2 Hispano cannon.
Ah gotcha. Eh, Hispano’s ain’t my favorite. Few in quantity and not enough punch from when I used them on the first P-51 in WT. Considering it’s harder to kill planes in Enlisted, I don’t think they’ll work out too well for ya
