Do any of you have any ideas on what could make the Guerrilla Warfare soldier class better in Enlisted?

I’ve been thinking about the Guerrilla Warfare soldier class after playing them and realizing how useless they can feel at times. I started wondering how they could be improved or expanded in Enlisted, because there seems to be a lot of potential that hasn’t been tapped yet.

So, do any of you have any ideas on what could make the Guerrilla Warfare soldier class better in Enlisted?

Honestly, the only improvement I can think of is German Volksturm squads getting access to one panzerfaust for each soldier (each soldier can hold one instead of the five). It makes sense as it would be historically accurate.

What about Guerrilla Soldiers having the ability to go behind Enemy Lines and turn an enemy rally point into an ally rally point, would like that ability to be included in the Guerrilla Soldier Class?
