Hi, i play BR5 axis… i don’t have a lot of issue with anything… That’s until you met jets… jets are something you can’t quite beat with AA for now… before i had stopped playing planes at BR2 when i unlocked the IAR… then i completely focused on The other branches and eventually reached BR5… i wanted to know if anybody knew a good Spite fighter to Beat jets that takes Not that much grind… something better than the IAR to beat jets… i had thaught about getting the C.202EC italian fighter because it’s stats are convincing… it turns quick, has good guns and lots of ammo… it is a bit slow but… being br III or smth it should be no issue… but… do you guys know something better?

Go back to br3 until you unlock planes that are in br5. if you wish to play br5 I would suggest forgetting about trying to shoot down jets and let your other teammates deal with it.
The worst thing you can do is sit in a weak plane while your team gets blown up by jets.

Do not waste the vehicle slots in 5 unless you have ones of the tier… weapons whatever… but the vehicles can pack quite a punch and are very good when used correctly by the right people… someone I’m assuming such as yourself will greatly set the teams vehicular support back.
Best anti jet plane for axis? Me-262. End of story… and if you’re really going to do it? One of the fw190 models… for the speed… and as another mentioned probably the A8.

For now while i grind planes i just use my Tank squad with the panther ausf A… it gets more points and is deadlier overall

The C202 could work, but it is at low BR for a reason. You’ll definitely want to start unlocking more planes further on if you want to have a chance against jets. For me, I like to run the Fiat G.55 at high BR. It has one of the fastest turn times for high BR fighters which is crucial against Meteors, and it’s guns are usable as well (one 20mm and four 12.7mms), and while not the most powerful bombs, the 100kgs it has can do decent damage if you can aim them properly. The FW 190 A8 and A4 should work well like other people said because they’re pretty fast, the turn time and handling are pretty bad on those though.

The Bf 109 series planes are your go-to. The Fiat G.55 is also pretty low in the tech tree and is my personal favorite in BR4.
Technique helps alot, when I see jets, I circle around and try to catch them on their way to the cap
I will use a jet, BRV plane (Japan has some really good BRV Planes) or some of the 30mm sluggers against them. The BF-109-Z1 has been very lethal against jets, one hit and that’s it, explodes.
The BF110-G2 - Not as good but still have hit many jets if you do it right.

The counter jets? Has to be BR V plane. I recommend using a Bf-109 or Fw 190, they’re basically your only options anyway. Although if you want heavy guns you can try getting smart using an attacker like the Do 335-A, the 30mm can be pretty lethal if you can accurately land a burst on the enemy plane.
Otherwise it’s technique. Jets are fast in a straight line but have to drop a ton of speed to turn, so anything with a good turn radius and decent speed can get the drop on them when the jet has to circle around. But anything that doesn’t have at least 20mm armament isn’t going to hit with enough damage to put a stop on the jet in a timely manner. More often than not you’ll miss your opportunity and not get a second chance.
Otherwise for Anti-Jetting you have the Kugelblitz.

Just forget about it you shouldn’t bring BR1 ATR squad just to shoot down plane
Because the opponent is a jet, you ultimately have to face them with an aircraft that has excellent flight performance.
Although it’s not easy, I ultimately recommend Me262 and Dodo(or Fw 190D-12).

I bet that has been what just obliterates my planes sometimes. Never thought about but every once in a while I get these one shot kills on my plane. Gotta do this now!
