Disarm the Reserve should only affect non-preset squads

Disarming your reserve is a useless feature if you have presets, as it will instantly erase all presets except the one currently applied.

Disarm the Reserve should not apply to squads that are in a preset, that way players can pick and choose which squads they don’t want to have disarmed when they clear out their reserve.
