Disarm Reserves option

This would be great if it didn’t disarm my H, Medium Tier squads, when I have selected different squads in my line up for low tier.

Disarming should only apply to squads and soldiers not in presets please

Warning don’t press it unless you don’t have squads set up for multiple tiers, you may find weapons, but you will lose gear on any preset squads not currently in use!

I think the great solution would be implementation of lock button.
If you lock any of your squads, it will not be disarm while being in your reserve.

Lock button is a basic mechanic in similar UIs.
