As for me, Directx12 is now running with no lag or issues.

Change sound settings to 24/192K - I know that sounds unrelated but I found that fix in a reddit post. But it was not just an enlisted issue. It fixed the vid/sound corruption that would happen sporadically after unset period of time (minutes to hours)

New NVidia driver (May24, 2026) is very stable. I had reported Enlisted issues to them over months, I think they got the message.
