Looks like it. 13 days and nothing. No answers no compensation and instead of resolving the issue they were mocking us with gold bug after logging in. They obviously no longer have data but are too ashamed to admit their fuck up and that Gaijin servers have zero security.
At least set my stats at the same as from the screenshot i could provide you and give me some compensation as it’s just getting ridiculous… Losing stats of 100 matches is better than losing stats from 3100 matches.
