Since the uproar of the gold chests it seems that the silver chest odds got worse. My first 700k netted 2 squads, 5 tanks, a few planes and a bunch of weapons…next 900k, nothing but orders and boosters.

Was playing with some friends recently, they raised a theory that the silver boxes might have been stealth-nerfed with the addition of the gold boxes, because none of us were getting anything good. I wouldn’t know how to verify or debunk this, I just know I’ve gotten incredibly unlucky this time around.

I don’t know, I pulled the only missing event squad I didn’t have (the recent Chinese SMG squad. I couldn’t care less about in parcipating events based around similar squads, as long as I can’t change their nationalities in campaign presets, where that would be the only logical thing to do).
I wasn’t even trying to get the squad. I just had about 100k silver to spare, so I decided to try my luck. In honesty, I was hoping for some random weapons instead of the squad.

They probably made the silver odds worse so people would buy and spend gold on the gold boxes. They can’t give things away for free, you need to spend spend spend!

They seem to be good for me. I spent most of the silver in the first few days and got the remaining 2 squads I needed and 2 vehicles and about 5 guns and 2 gold soldiers with around 800K silver.
I have been earning more silver through doing the event and when I get 10-20,000 silver I will open up 2-4 boxes at a time. I got 2 more gold soldiers and about 3 more guns in the last 4 days or so, including another RMN-50 grenade launcher which is awesome.
So I have not noticed the silver boxes getting worse, just wait until you can open 2-4 at a time, I think that will increase the percent maybe of getting something, instead of just opening one at a time.
I bought one gold box with extra gold I had and I got 1 shirt and 1 pants for one Japanese soldier, so I don’t think I will be buying more gold boxes, even with gold on sale.
i doubt that they were nerfed cause they could get in legal trouble if it is found that displayed rng chance is not same as actual lootobx rng chance.
I Spent 300K silver so far (well probably more because as soon as I get silver from the boxes I bought new ones) and I got very lucky with what I got :
- The three event squads I was missing
- One MP-41
- Voevodin pistol
- Engraved Walter
- Mars Pistol
- a BP Crusader
- a BP Pz III N
- at least 3 GO soldiers
The friend with whom I usually play has spent around 200k and got nothing.
In the end I doubt that the boxes were nerfed (though tbf I have been really lucky with my openings)

See that’s how I started, then they redid the gold boxes and haven’t gotten ANYTHING since.
Technically they can get in legal trouble for gold chests and all the minors on here…that’s using real money.
I bought 3 last night, all 3 were 50% boosters. I realize that’s not a large sample size, but I’ve gotten 170 boxes so far, one at a time, and never had 3 boosters in a row (2 boosters and 1 appearance ticket, sure, but not 3 of the actual lowest prize possible)
Since 5 days ago 900k and counting with nothing. That’s 180…the percentages should have at least given me a weapon.

Bud, that’s insane. I’m at 167 chests, so 835k, and I’ve gotten
2 squads
14 weapons (if you count pistols and machetes, or 8 if you don’t (but one of my pistols is an artillery luger, so…))
2 vehicles
5 dudes
6 decals
2 portraits
And the usual amount of other junk.
Funny thing is I’ve bought about the same ammount as you did, yet got about a 6th of those rewards.
But who would? It’s seriously overpriced.
The first 140 were great…the next 180 since the gold chests came out…nothing.
Ya at the start they were good until the delayed gold chests. Kinda like the KV-1 from being invincible from a BP skin.
For the sake of science these are the weapons I got, and which number box out of 167 they were from.

there was already someone on forum who spent idk how much on silver conversion for silver chests cause of mistake… who knows how many others bought silver across years that it has been available.
