i can’t help but notice that right now i can not choose in wich map to play.
Stalingrad and Berlin are radically different from Moscow.
If i am playing in Moscow i would usually bring 2 rifleman squads, 1 plane and 1 assaulters.
In Berlin, since most of the battle happens inside buildings, planes become ueseless, and i change them for a normal t 34 that can shoot inside the windows.
Also i bring 2 assaulters instead of one since the engagments happens at closer range usually.
ALSO i kinda hate Stalingrad, i consider it a sniper fest, and now the game is forcing me to play those maps.
right now i do not know where i might land, and i can not strategize my teams accordingly.
Also, if somebody went premium only in one campaign, they can bring those premium squads in all the other ones, thus proliferating OP automatic weapons that, sometimes, ruin the experience by turning the game into COD.
ALSO i just witnessed a fucking armored car going against a panther…
Aside from having to grind the other squads, wasn’t having separate matches better?
I would like to be able to choose at least the maps in wich i can play, it makes sense.
I don’t think that a sniper-camper type player will have fun if he finds himself playing in Berlin.
And i do not have fun by bringing my plane in a map that is almost completely covered… like the Reichstag or the Berlin train station.
I think it sucks a bit myself, I don’t like seeing all the kit and sides mashed up its totally immersion breaking, to see the stuff I am seeing in the game atm
I tested the new Enlisted and I am very disappointed. The historical aspect no longer exists, and I found that to be a big strong point of Enlisted. Matchmaking is a good idea, but battle points are completely useless. I preferred the linear progression that we had in the old version. I’m thinking about leaving the game and it pains me because personally I replaced BFV with Enlisted. I’ll check for Hell Let Loose or Post Scriptum. I wish they would go back. But I doubt it. They managed to massacre him.
The game is completely fucked right now
Nothing but max BR is viable, since you get matched with turbo stacks loaded top to bottom with BR5 BS, no matter what you bring. And if you go to BR3, you are basically guaranteed to have awful match quality (either rolling over hapless bolties enjoyers or getting mulched by StG horde)
And even then, the BR of things is absolutely hilarious
VG.2, possibly THE worst bolt action rifle in the game is BR3, the same BR as: the Garand, MG34, half the flamers, MP40, the BAR, the best P-51 available
There are almost no viable (as in remotely useful and FUN to use) planes in the game below BR4. Played all evening today at BR4 and haven’t gotten a SINGLE BR4 match. It’s all StG44/FG 42 II/Tiger/Tiger 2/flamer spam
Friend tried using the KV-1 (BR4 lmao), basically was unable to fight a single tank that wouldn’t just delete her without any scratch
P-40 is the same BR as 1941 IL2 and germans get a fucking 109 G-10/410/G.55 with like DOUBLE the effective performance. Might as well try fighting an F-22. US is similarly screwed. At BR4 the attackers you get are a joke compared to what germany can bring. Flies-like-a-Barn-figher or a 410? With same pilot skill I would not be surprised if the 410 would only die 1 out 100 tries to some hilariously unlucky gunner shot. Meanwhile the P-51 D-5 is BR3 (LEMAO AGAIN - it is LOWER than the P-40)

The ZH-29 vs SVT-40 isn’t even close (faster reload, more damage across all ranges, less recoil and it also feels way more accurate), both BR4 (lemao x3) (since you are still fighting max tier everything anyway)
Everything is just a mess, for US i had 116 squads I had to search through trying to find weapons, I possibly deleted some of them by mistake (why on earth is squad delete button the first thing in the squad swap list). Tanks with desert camo rolling in lush Normandy. Fighting Italians in Stalingrad. Turbo stacking. No escape from powercreep weapons. Horrific balance.
