So a couple of things are coming to mind.

As you get to higher levels of the campaign, it takes more xp to progress through a level. I know you said you are receiving less xp/ game, but I just wanted to touch on this subject to make sure this isn’t the issue.

Did you formerly use a tank or aircraft and use this as your baseline for how much xp you were getting? Earlier on you can rack up tons of points through not just kills but also assists. An assist gives 15 points per vs a kill that is 30, but is very easy to do when you are slinging more ordinance around. Which leads me to->

Are you just getting less assists of various types? Hurting an enemy gives assists when they are killed which as I said are 15 points. On top of this, various engineer structures can give assists as well. If someone is using the field gun or MG nest you put up for example: you get 15 points for every kill that they get. Also, sandbags blocking a bullet gives 5 points, as does an enemy sustaining damage from your barbwire. Every time an ally squad spawns on your rally point, you get 30 points. All of these added together can generate quite a few additional points.
Lastly, I would like to note: with the recent updates to the AI where they run away from artillery strikes, you tend to hit far less enemies, which means not just less kills, but again, less assists. I know when my buddy used the artillery before that update, he got as many points from assists as he did kills. However, now he gets only a couple hits if he is lucky.

But my skill, kill-count and gameplay didn’t change with the new update, only XP that I receive as reward. Now regarding assists I didn’t see a big change but I’m not sure
Right now I finished a game of Invasion with 95 kills, 3 tanks destroyed and a ton of engineer points but still got only 8k XP which is disappointing

Personally, I haven’t seen much change in my progression. I just asked my buddies if they’ve seen any changes, the answer is still no. – I’m not saying you are wrong, I’m just saying that we haven’t had the same issue. As I stated before, my best guess is that you aren’t getting as many kill assists as you had in the past.
Additionally: my buddy wanted to chime in this little tid-bit. When they increased bot intelligence, they also gave them a better ability of throwing grenades back/ away. You may still be getting grenade kills, but if they had the chance to throw the grenade back a little ways (if you didn’t cook it), it may be injuring fewer of them than it did before, when it would go off in the middle of the group. Again, it comes down to more assists.
i m getting the same xp as ever.
20-40 k per 10-20 min match.
it takes me 6 matches or so to grind a 180k level.
(using premium and premium squads to grind the levels ofc)

I think conquest wouldn’t be so bad if it was larger scale. Idk what limitations Enlisted has but you up the lobby and open up the play area I think Conquest could be fun as it’s own thing
somehow i m not quite sure if “larger” playzones on maps would be that good.
played countless mods where maps were huge, with lots or same control points to be capped and shit got boring fast.
i honestly dont know why since i want bigger playable maps ingame. like batlefield 5 or something around that.

during 1 week yeah. they fixed that “fast” . but current maps are detailed where players actually play on current playzones and few meters where eye can see.
maps need way more work and stuff added befor bigger playfields.

but i def would want a fun mod with bigger maps to explore and drive around.
Larger player counts are definitely q huge part of that it’s one thing having bigger maps but they need to be filled appropriately
Conquest with solid players (meaning not all bot squads) is insanely fun. Less HE spam because objectives are spread out, more tactical movement, more strategy for rally points, etc. If I do customs and I know the top tier players are showing up, its 100% going to be conquest only matches

Idk. Progression feels as shitty as it always has. You could fully tin foil hat and say that DF made progression slower in the weeks leading up to the sale as a way to encourage players to buy in, but thats a bit too conspiracy theory, even for me.

I appreciate your opinion. Talking to other players, it seems premium account users don’t suffer from this issue but a lot of other players think their progression slowed down too.
But just like you said, we don’t have enough evidence to support this theory.
