For quite a long while all of my Enlisted purchases were used via my Paypal, however, Paypal hasn’t even shown up as a payment option the past several days and Visa is my only option. This would not be an issue, however Gaijin for some reason started denying my Visa bank card a long time ago for whatever reason, and it still won’t accept it to this day. So, anyone know if Paypal has been dropped as a payment method?

The strange thing is that Gaijin for some reason doesn’t seem to like my Visa card, and this very same visa card is what is linked to Pay pal which was paying Gaijin. 
Gaijin just has issues

maybe paypal dropped Gaijin after they can’t be trusted with data…

There is no problem on Gaijin end or Paypal, just used it.
Check your paypal account. Make sure that there is no dispute or outstanding balance. I had this happen unawares one time. If anything is wrong on your account at paypal, it will not show up in checkout
Sometimes with a card, you have to notify your bank. Gaijin is considered foreign country and it will be autoblocked. You would probably have to call bank and approve transaction, its a big hassle when there are much easier ways. Some will not even allow it. I think the easiest and safest option is CashApp. No fees, just fund your account. They will even send you a debit card for free.

It happens, I blamed another service one time and got to searching, some crap I had nothing to do with locked my account at checkout.

Well, I have no issues with Paypal as I logged in and everything is good. I owe no money and have no issues.
These are the only pay options I am given now, and it doesn’t matter if I use my VPN or not, which I don’t use my VPN when playing Enlisted, but I tried it anyway just to see if Paypal would show up with it, and it doesn’t.

I think you can add paypal account to Google Pay and make it primary payment method, and then use Google Pay. If you have a google account/android.

Maybe they had changed something. I am in the Philippines and NEVER use my VPN when playing Enlisted or buying things from Gaijin. However, even with my VPN that says I am in the US, it recognizes I’m in the US because it says it will change my options when I purchase, but I still get the same list of payable options. I used my Visa card for probably the first three years, but out of the blue one day, DECLINED! It hadn’t worked since, so I stated using my Paypal and have used it for maybe a year and a half or so with no issues, but all of the sudden, it stopped being an option. I remember where I used to live in Florida, there was ONE McDonalds that my card was declined at about 50% of the time, yet I could drive acrost town to another McDonalds and it always worked. I was farther from my house though. 
NOTE: I tried to use my Visa card to see if it would work again, and it did allow me to buy 500 gold. Maybe it has corrected itself, we’ll see. I also play Enlisted through the Gaijin sight, rarely on Steam. However, I did find out that I can use my paypal on Steam, so, I guess if I want to buy something I can always load up my Enlisted via Steam, buy what I want, so, at least one solution.
I am in Thailand and i have never used paypal but it still show up so that is pretty weird ngl
