yep if you go on the Russian forum under a post discussin this, a helper confirmed it was removed for the symbol.
The skin will come back without the insignia. Snowflakes everywhere.

Hopefully I’ll be refunded, I bought it to support more similar content being added despite preferring to use the Tiger.
