In order to be more helpful, would you mind sharing a bit more information than just an image?
What squad is this? Is it for all radiomen in that squad, or just this one? Is the radio pack like that, even if you switch weapons (which will, probably, change the soldier’s pose as well)? Does the issue persist if you reload the game?

The information is no longer needed, I have collected everything that should be needed to pass this on to relevant powers.
