Picture this, enemy tank rolls up on street below.
Prep det pack and throw from 1st floor window, steps away from window to clear blast.
Still dies from ‘Suicide’, despite blast being a good 12m away and 1 floor down.
I don’t get how these are so stupidly powerful, I understand they are anti tank weapons, but come on, Tunisia seems to have made them incredibly overpowered.
Their radius or damage output needs serious rework because its just getting beyond frustrating now, if you want to cook the pack, you’re most likely going to die in the process.
look that the explosion can kill you at 20m as it cannot kill anyone at a distance of 10 cm, it is random and this pisses more when it does not destroy the tank
I rather have them as they are with proper anti tank capability untill h3 sticky nades and rpg43 are introduced.
Untill then, leave the tnt packs alone.
After said anti tank nades or variants for the corresponding time of the campaign are implemented, a nerf on the tnt pack blast radius or power can be justified.
But, we will probably see rpg43s on Moscow just because some soldier dreamed about it…
It’s Prety much enough to justify the introduction of an item in enlisted.
Nah, the power is pretty fine, the thing that makes them absurd is their throwing range
I mean god, all these soldiers were gold awarded in shot put olympics?
Their power is fine?
Their power is too strong, Why equip a regular grenade?
Honestly, their power can easily wipe out a large room full of enemies, that shouldn’t be happening, not when a standard grenade or even aircraft bombs now can’t.
They should have their anti infantry capability reduced or, what is the point of standard grenades?!
I agree, but still it’s reasonable his power since it’s 1.2. kgs of explosive. What isn’t reasonable at all is its throwing range (should be max 5 meters) and its destructive power against heavy armored vehicles.
So why then, if its 1.2kg of explosive, can it struggle to kill freaking armoured cars?
It needs its capabilities reduced, so it is a viable anti tank weapon, but its use against infantry is minimal. otherwise it’ll keep its position of being the universal grenade.
From my experience with them, sometimes a Jumbo survives after the pack bounces off of it’s side and lands just before it explodes while all it does is… kill 1 crew member… Yet sometimes it snipes the soldier I threw it with from 15m away. I can rely on the Sturmpistole more because I know that unless I get lucky I might have to fire 3-4 times to kill a tank even if I hit the ammo directly which is quite funny considering AT soldiers should have an advantage compared to a regular rifleman when it comes to destroying tanks.
