Taking into account that the Americans have an automatic garand, that the Japanese are given a 10-round hei with marginally better statistics than the terrible version that is already in the game, my suggestion is that this weapon MUST be eliminated and change it with the worst quality one and instead it was replaced by the Hei machine gun version (without shield, if you want you can put that one for some event)

Really shooting yourself in the foot to be asking for the Hei machine gun as a gold order instead of as a progression weapon.

and what we can ask?,japan don’t have lot of experimental guns, however they have lot of tanks!

After merge, T20 will have most likely high BR. So it will no longer be available to fight Japanese. Same goes for M2c.
Japan is currently pretty dead faction anyway, just wait until merge happens. Then cry about balance.
Currently, it’s pretty much meaningless. Just a waste of time.
