I wanted to move my skis and snowshoes from one tank to another but they fully disappeared out my inventory since. The message before I removed them said that I could not reapply them when I removed them. It this intentional? If so, I really wonder why…

Many players are reporting their loss of event decorations from inventory. Known issue at this point. Open a website support ticket and ask for their retrieval or wait for a hotfix.

Because there is no library retrieval system, the player cannot remember what he actually has, and even if it is lost, it is difficult to find out
You’d be surprised what support ticket handlers can do with some game logs.
