This one would need a dedicated Community Bug Reporting System since there’s a lot of variable here such as graphics driver and hardware related problem that is not common
For example i do not have the problem.

You should update your graphics driver. Of course, if your computer has previously suffered a burnt-out graphics card, then you need to replace the card itself.
