…the last days I played some matches with 2-3 radio operators in my team at the same time. It is not very usefull to have more then 2 radio operators in a team, which stay behind the frontlinie and only use the artillerie on the main spot over and over. With this tactic you cannot win a match. If you notice you team has allready artillerie support, choose another usefull squad.
And one side note: as a radio operator you have also the option to use SMOKE! Please use this tactical option to cover your team, when there are trying to take the objective!

I completely agree, although the culprit is the game itself, that forces a respawn of the next available unit from the top if the player does not make a timely selection. I’ve tried to have a look at the stat sheet and see what’s needed but the game auto spawned me before I could make a choice.
Use the radio squad is not the problem, you can always add radio-operator in other squad, and call artillery wen is ready, this type of guy dont care about win but only about K/D so they stay behind to call artillery for have kill withaut die
Or he could just be farming XP to unlock a weapon upgrade.
With 5 kill every 3 minute i find it hard
