Is there a possibility that dead soldiers’ bodies will remain on the war map? It may sound sick to some, but I think that’s part of the charm of the game.

I don’t care either way about whether the dead bodies remain or not, but I wish the dead’s weapons would remain. Many times I am down to my last couple rounds and am pinned down so I cannot rush to the dead to retrieve their weapon right away. Then when I get a chance, I run to the first dead body I see only to have his weapon disappear the moment I want to pick it up. Now I am exposed and usually get killed since I am out of ammo out in the open.

I did this in one mod using a bug. By the way, it has almost no impact on performance. But I can tell you, there are a hell of a lot of them left. It just looks super ridiculous.
And if we leave the bodies on the battlefield, then I see this as the best way to do it.

They are great weapons, however, your enemy has to be with in a couple meters to be effective. Unless of course your a Terminator bot, then they can knife you from 20 meters.
