You cant use binoculars in open top tanks
Also in ke ni and ka mi tanks and m13
Since realism has gone out of the window we should be able to use binoculars in any vehicle.
Those vehicles have thin armor, biggest advantage of them are their speed.
You cant push frontally with them like tiger.
Binoculars helps you to put up a distance between your enemy and increase surviveability.

Best way how to use hull mounted MGs (if they’re in working state) to snipe on long distances (for example very useful in berlin river map for Jagdpanther as tank gunner can’t use hull mounted MGs)

I gave binoculars to one of my soldiers, but to use them I must press “8”, while in other games the binoculars can be choosen using the mouse scroll !!!
