Most of the iconic weapons fall in BR 1-3 with a few exceptions like the Tiger 1 and 2 and the Panther. Most of the rare weapons and prototype are br4 or above. I could suffer through all br4/3 rifles in the same br if that was the top br. we get rid of high-capacity mgs, sf rifle and assault rifles making it feel more like ww2.
Save for Japan the factions are more fairly balanced with each other than higher brs. Getting rid of jets rocket spam and heavy tanks would be good. Maybe do it as a test server one game all brs playing against each other but thats not fair. if br3 is top br you get penalized in experince and silver earned br1 gets the most silver. or maybe br1 only playing br2 br2 playing br 1 and br 3 br3 playing br2.
Yeah it will never happen it would throw out to much earned and paid content and i like br 2 and 3 so i am not impartial. But in a perfect world it would make me happy a game of enlisted that feels like ww2. Not like ww2 if it went through the korean war. well i just had to say it now you can tell me why i am wrong.
This has got to be the dumbest idea I’ve ever read on this forum. There’s already overcrowded BRs.
BR 2 for example is extremely overcrowded. The logical thing to do would be to lower things into BR 1. For example, the madsen, and vickers should be BR 1 along with all other machine gun 1 squads weapons. Lower some BR 5 items into BR 4. MkB, Thompson 50 ect. And definitely lower certain tank destroyers by 1 BR.
Your idea wouldn’t create overused meta weapons and leave other weapons to be never used again. Ridiculous.

Me? I’d axe the players and all low BR content as most of them are below average play for fun fodder that somehow make it into my 5 games.

Why not MGs in BR 1? The Madson is 100% BR 1 worthy and would not impact BR 1 at all. Might even give new players something to help compete against BR 2.
Because hurling everything into br1 makes it less a place to learn and more just another br besides there is far less difference in mgs then other weapon classes. And it might open the class up for higher mgs, that’s a bad thing w don’t need something like sdf and ar slidinf to vr5

Mainly because I would never play Br5
And could never play br4 while avoiding br5
I played a lot of br2 and 3
And did not want to see it done dirty by only being up tiered to br4
But I could just learn to live br4 if it was free of br 5

Smg Thompson with 30 rounds don’t cut it
Mg 20 round Johnson can compete with 75 round mg42
Rifle Johnson and garand are not equal to the gw43

He Johnson and garand just need the reload to be a lot faster
Add a 40 round bar at br4 and move the 50 round thompson to br4 maybe with a nerf to fire rate
This will just make a lot of stuff become obsolete which eliminates one of the advantage of ±0 BR.
Moreover this will give more advantage to veteran player since they can now safely farm newbie without getting uptier while maintaining similar downtier advantage due to the merge of the BR.
