Customization of Panzer uniforms

Add the ability to customize tank crew uniforms.

Currently, we can only choose from pre-made uniform sets for PanzerSoldats; however, if we could choose the pants and top separately, it would add a lot of variety and break up the visual monotony.

I also suggest adding non-distinctive gear and emblems, since the uniforms are rather plain and dull.

Yes, so weird that the tank guys have “onepiece” suits when all the bits are already in separate bits. Like just look through the campaigns in customization, pants and jacket separate, so it IS possible.
