Customizable Premium/Event APC Infantry Squads

There are a few premium/ event APC squads. The Sd.Kfz.251, LVT, Universal Carrier. These squads have permanent set infantry squads and classes

These squads should have customizable infantry where we can choose what soldiers and classes to add just like the regular APC squads. The vehicle itself is supposed to be the unique selling point of these squads

Huh? But you can already choose from several classes.

You should go more into detail.

For example the Universal Carrier has 2 MGs, what if I want an Assaulter or Radio instead.

They should be just like the regular APC squads where we can choose what units to add.

They are already better then the rgular APC squads since they have combination of 6 specialists that you cant have in regular APC squad so all the premium APC squads are much better then regular APC squads.

Well, you can swap them for medics. And medics are basically assaulters I nowadays.

I always hated Medics being treated as discount Assaulters :sweat_smile: It may seem a little pointless but if I’m Medic I do my job and revive. Assault is the one class that is supposed to charge straight into the fire. Completely different roles

They could just make the Regular have the same capabilities as the Premium. The APC is more infantry than vehicle so they should be the same.

I think premium units should just be unique weapons and such, not be outright better than regular, like the premium Guerillas having assault rifles but not the regular

Yes and they can give us also real APCs and move the trucks to BR I that will be nice ^^

I support this.

But what we really need is these APCs to be freely available in the tech tree.

The Universal Carrier for instance had a number of different variants.

Previously I have suggested the Australian UC or Canadian UC. The Aussie one had a single fixed Vickers machine gun.

Alternatively DarkFlow could just add a straight up weapons carrier i.e unarmed Universal Carrier as an APC option for those wanting British/Commonwealth squads and also a tracked option for Allies.

Similarily for BR III the M3 Halftrack, lots of different variants to choose from they could use an unarmed one if they wish.

Same goes for Germany.

I wouldve liked to have seen LVTs be available for Pacific maps, it would be cool having the option to choose ‘amphibious’ for APC similar to how we can choose to spawn with or without the APC.

So if you have an island hopping map you could click ‘amphibious’ and instead of a Studebaker or halftrack you spawn with an unarmed LVT.
