I just got the Japanese para squad, tested it, and after seeing that they get the Type 11 in their assault loadout, I got an idea. Why not make the supply crate customizable? My idea is that there would be a squad upgrade that would allow you to modify the supply crate loadouts:
After unlocking this upgrade, a supply crate would appear in the squad customization menu. It would have four loadouts, the same as it has now, and you’ll be able to change the weapons you get in these loadouts:
- Assault - machine gun,
- AT - launcher/AT rifle,
- Mortar - mortar,
- Recon - sniper rifle.

It would be nice to add an engineer loadout or an smg loadout.

Yes, being able to add an engineer would be nice, although I think Darkflow made these loadouts the way they did with recon having the radioman, mortar having an engineer while AT and assault not having either for a reason (a reason probably only they know) and I have a feeling they might not be that willing to give that up.
That and I also didn’t have a good idea how it should work:)
I would just love to be able to get there my own weapons, other than that, crate can remain same imo.

I wanted a Flamethrower and SMG squad, plus to be able to customize our loadouts in general. What if I want the MG Squad but I don’t feel like using the MG42.
Maybe they could either add new presets, allow us to customize presets, and or have us customize our own Para loadouts
