Someone can explain me why the TT guérilla squad can’t use pant and jacket with pea camo, BUT CAN USE helmet with those camos ?
There is a reason or Just someone in his office said " oh no, I don’t want to add this yet because I’ve enough worked today, I Will do it later" ?
Not the first time it has happened. In moscow you can buy peadot helmets and pants but no torso. In berlin you can buy green amoeba helmet and pants but no torso. This is just the way the customization works unfortunately
So no reason ? Just " it’s like this, if you are not happy, go away" 
Because the customization in this game is clearly imperfect.
You’re not new to this game nor this forum. So I don’t understand your need to ask such dumb question. This whole topic is totally pointless.
All you needed to do instead is to suggest adding these options to the customization pool of said squad.
Maybe because I don’t know everything about everything, so I ask before making a suggestion.
Maybe a dev/helper/other know a reason like " yess, our team know this and it’s in our plan for an update soon" , so I prefer to ask, before doing a suggestion.
there is no shame in asking, in my opinion you did well to ask first.
