I am still learning the custom matches, so bear with my ignorance. 
So, when I create my own custom match, lets say squads. If I am using an all level one BR lineup, does that mean that everyone else who enters the match have to be level one or level two, or is can anyone join with any level squad? I ask because I’ve joined other custom matches with my level three Allies and was in with people playing with level five squads. I have also played some level three custom games that I created and see a bot unit that is sporting MG42’s and Uniforms of the premium MG 42 early squad which is level five, which I own so I know the uniforms. 
I know bots don’t seem to have to use correct BR level weapons though.
there are no settings or " limits " regarding brs of who can join.
yeah, bots also don’t follow those.
in both cases, was supposed to be a thing, but it just ain’t.

Ok, thanks. After dropping in a a dozen others matches, I lately have really only been playing self made small two man matches so I can play with squads I don’t normally play with instead of using them against others where I know I will not have fun and get destroyed. 
Occasionally, someone drops in on my two player game, but that is fine. I just like I found a place where I can test out squads I have never used in a not so chaotic place.
One thing I found about others matches is you can drop in right on the tail end of a seal clubbing, so, you don’t get to play yet get scored with a loss. So, create my own and I am assured of playing the entire game.
