I hope the clothes of the Normandy Axis can be changed so that i can form a suit.

Do you mean costumization? You can already do it, select one of your soldier and click on the pencil icon in the equip/stats soldier menu

i know, i mean suit, reasonable suit, not uncoordinated.
already in it, but would love to see “resistance fighters” squad which could allow a huge selection of clothing options
