@James_Grove just a rough example of the current customization costs we have currently.
It currently costs for 1 soldier:
4 for head
8 for torso
2 for legs
Total: 16 appearance orders for 1 soldier in 1 map set
Multiply 16 x 5 for the different map sets = 80 for 1 soldier to be clothed and customized for all map sets
Most squads have 7 soldiers so 80 x 7 = 560 appearance orders
That’s excluding gloves which cost 2 appearance orders but are only available in Stalingrad.
This is just a rough example based on 1 German soldier
I run 6 infantry squads so it would cost me roughly 3,360 appearance orders to customise my lineup for BR 5 and for 2 x BRs it would cost 6720 appearance orders because I use completely different squads in that lineup.
I currently own 855 Appearance orders and I’ve barely spent any of them over the years of playing the game so I can’t even come close to fully customizing 1 nation.
This current system of one time purchase appearance orders and cosmetics needs to change. It doesnt work and will never work given how many soldiers, maps sets and squads we own.
Please consider a permanent skin system for cosmetics.
