so are we going to get crossplay soon? nobody cares about lone fighters if we cant play with our friends… and no, loading into the same lobby by hitting search at the same time doesnt count

I think that’s more of an issue with the console manufacturers … They will probably get around to letting you do this eventually

This isn’t a console manufacturer issue. This is a game developer issue. They didn’t even mention any thing about it in their Q/A. Guess it’s a low priority thing and they’ll force people to try and match together in battle thus throwing games by making the team start out with 2-4 bots.

It isn’t a developer issue, it is a community issue, we had crossplay before and the community stupidly shouted and screamed to remove it, so the developers did, I am for crossplay as are many others so if in this larger community, the general sentiment and vocal opinion has changed, please make discussion about it, polls and suggestions on how to make it good so the devs can bring it back, but blame the people whom are to blame, not the devs.
Are you serious? They removed the ability to squad up with other consoles and pcs etc? Wtf were they thinking. Why would they ever do that even if some people squeaked online about it.

I know ppl on console have the option to turn crossplay on or off. Pc players don’t. As for my opinion on this, I’m partial; I wouldn’t mind playing with console players if their aim assist was fair, but as it is now those players look no different than cheaters using aimbot. They don’t even aim. At all. They snap aim/shoot in rapid succession in the GENERAL direction of people and score “perfect” hits. There’s numerous examples of such “skillful” play on redit/youtube

So yeah if anything I’d love the option to turn crossplay on/off as well as a pc player, because I like playing with people who actually take time and care in their shots and not CoD “noscope hurr durr” rambos.
Wtf! I have never seen that before and I play on series x as well? Maybe they fiddled with their settings a whole lot… but that’s not a setting you can edit…
You haven’t seem the aimbot auto aim or the cross play setting?
If it’s the setting I believe you can turn in on / off this way:
- Settings → Account → Privacy & online safety → Xbox Live privacy → View details & customize → Communication & multiplayer → You can play with people outside Xbox Live.
There was news saying that crossplay was disabled between pc and console users some time back, but we regularly see ppl with a controller beside their name in the score board of the match… And no one knows with certainty if it’s pc players using controllers or someone using console.

The controller beside the name is an account thing and doesn’t define whether they are on console or not, it’s something to do with where the Gaijin account was created I think, I’m not 100% certain.
That is true actually.
You don’t want to know what it’s like to play console without aim assist. In the vast majority of video games pc players far outshine console players in nearly every way. This goes for enlisted as well.
