there is cross play in this game and that is excellent!!! But what this game would benefit a lot from is cross-save! I realize this would be hard to implement but when implemented the player-base would be much happier i guarantee that. If you are looking for an example destiny 2 and rocket league have excellent cross-save techniques. It would be very helpful and i am sure people would love it.
