For the first time I want to say that the game itself is very good and also very fun, although it is in beta you have really done a very good job so far. My biggest criticism so far is the tank control, mainly the targeting. Of course, the tanks of the tanks in the Second World War were very slow, and that is not what bothers me and perhaps others. It’s this circle in the picture with which you’re aiming, in your games like War Thunder, for example, it might work very well, but in games like Enlisted, where you also fight infantry, this system is absolutely out of place and just reduces the fun of tank driving. I love riding tanks in games like “Hell Let Loose”, or “Squad”. Please do not misunderstand, it is my opinion on the mechanics, and I am happy about discussions about it.
Excuse my English and punctuation marks, it’s not my mother tongue.
soooo… you are complaining about the sights? I dont see a problem with them
the sight kinda bad yeah, but i dont see problem other than that
I completely understand your point. As a very experienced FPS player and War Thunder player I have to say that the Pointer aiming is not adequate for a game with infantry.
Here’s the reason why:
In War Thunder you run third person most of the time, you scope in to adjust and take the shot in a matter of a second or two. The problem with the Pointer Aiming when we’re only able to to use the gunner scope is that it feels clunky, inaccurate when trying to lead shots on infantry and it makes the experience unpleasant and just moving around doesn’t feel right. Important to note that when using the commander’s view with the open hatch it feels just fine.
Solution: Give the players the option to switch Pointer Aiming off in all vehicles. So tanks would feel more Battlefield-ish that people are so used to and like. And planes as well so it would feel like playing War Thunder Simulation Air Battles and not realistic with cockpit view only that it also feels really uncomfortable.
