This suggestion is about removing all bomb from jets, make old BRV fighter useable
jet’s will be special fighter with unique characteristics, However, they wont completely surpass the propeller fighter.
Meteor: A highly maneuverable air superiority fighter with decent amount of 20mm cannon.
Me262: 30mm HE can be used for CAS strafe, sufficient ammunition
SU-9: 37+23mm is enough to pen Pz.IVs and panther
Kikka: High velocity 30mm tank killer, with unparalleled B&Z performance
This probably won’t happen, cause we already have P2W meta F80 in store, usless we get BR6
Completely removing the bomb load is just too much. I’ve always been of the opinion it’s impossible to justify a br 5 plane without it having some form of cas.
If the bombs on the jet planes are removed, they will become pure fighter jets. Although they all have cannons, due to their extremely high speed, it is very difficult to effectively strike the ground with the cannons. I think it would be better to replace them with small-yield bombs, which are sufficient to destroy key ground targets but not so powerful that they could kill a large number of people just by being dropped blindly.
IMO jets need their turn rate nerfed so prop aircraft can easily out turn them.
Jets would still be good at intercepting bombers and can fight back by using their speed advantage, but jets being a direct upgrade in everyway is just not fair.
