I seem to have lost lot of cosmetic items and presets I made for different environments after the update have dropped. That’s not funny since it have costed lot( several hundred) appearence orders. And setting a preset and apearence still feels bugged - like sometimes it switches back like it didn’t save plus some default items are mixing between campaigns - like once I have gloves on normandy once not - same with other campaaigns. Not mentioning that I have lost many cosmetics after the merge update also. Is anyone also havung similar issues with cosmetics? - they still seem to work way too clunky.
upon the next upcoming content update,
all lost items will be restored.

That’s nice, also I seem to notice that defaults for Moscow,Normandy,Stalingrad switch when you alternate between Moscow-Normandy…odd behaviour
To fix the problem of disappeared customization during the transfer, all customization items have been removed from your soldiers and placed into the warehouse. All missing customization items have been returned. Please note that the default appearance of your soldiers may be slightly changed due to this. We apologize for any inconvenience!

This was confirmed. However, this was in the test version released last week.
As Miss Erica said, we can expect this fix to be incorporated in the next update. Because, as mentioned, it was already incorporated in the test version.
I have been waiting for the last week for a small fix update to come soon, but no update has come yet.
Maybe they intend to release it with the “Ardennes Forest” update.
I wish they would just fix the bugs first…
