As things stand, DF officials may be inclined not to give players any compensation for the 5 Engineer I Regiments players were forced to grind, before the major update, and only allow players to keep the 5 Engineer I Regiments they have unlocked.
With this in mind, players will only need to complete 32 of the 127 regiments (no duplicates) in the German-Italian camp to get the maximum benefit.
Similarly, the Soviet camp (75 Corps) and the Anglo-American camp (76 Corps) need only complete 30 Corps (unduplicated) on each of the three fronts.
The completion mentioned in the text is not just about unlocking corps, but getting the corps level maxed out.
And you can reserve extra upgrade points this way!
Of course, for players whose warehouses are full in the game, to a certain extent, they also need to take stock of the twelve warehouses, and then use them as a reference material for proper replenishment or dumping at the right time.
