The only situation when you could use bipods reliably was when prone.
In the latest update devs broke aiming when prone so now you simply can’t do this.
This is the final proof that devs hate bipods and actively sabotage their development.

I hate camping as well, it makes gameplay only more boring and nothing else.
Its the update effect 
It almost seems like they dont sabotage just bipods but the entire game for like 1 year now
