Currently as of 11:39PM 02/04/2025 (GMT) there has been no silver crates rewarded to players on console playing the event unlike PC players currently are. this is unfair and needs to be fixed ASAP with console players being rewarded the maximum amount for a day due to inability to get them. I’ve reset the game, console and looked for new update and nothing whatsoever.
If you believe that you’re not getting the crates as reward for finishing an event match, then you need to report it here: Community Bug Reporting System
