Since I have a lot of free times, I decided to make a mock up of VK 45.01 (P) Premium Squad replicating Enlisted style as close as possible. The art is from War Thunder.

Looks believable, wish the squad’s logo wqs an sheild though. But if this does get added, I hope it’s an event vehicle.
Given that 1 tank did actually see service (according to wiki ) you could make that historical unit - Panzerjäger Abteilung 653 :
Only one tank went into service as a command tank in the Ferdinand (Elefant) unit, and served in Panzerjäger Abteilung 653. It was deployed in April 1944 and lost that subsequent July.
As far as I can tell from wiki it would have been with XXIV Army Corps as part of 1st Pz Army during this time

personally, it’s my least favorite tiger.
( even though the reverse speed is actually a good quality )
but i don’t see why not it shouldn’t be included

I mean, in game it will be worse than either the H1 or E, even the uparmoured command version would be a sidegrade.
Like with its weakness, its almost a BR3.5 type vehicle.
well, i unironically run with tigers Is
in my fully mechanized br V preset.
i’ll take those square boxes any day over tigers II.
while yes, tigers IIs are technically better.
anyway, while being a balanced sidegrade ( Tiger 1 P ), the reverse speed is not actually that bad.
( can’t stand the goofy shape though )
The command version is a balanced side grade, because that gets an extra 100mm plate on the UFP making it very strong.
The issue with this design is the angled corners which normalise at 80mm, not to mention said corners are protecting the ammo, just making it pure ammo rack bait.
Looks like a good target
