My suggestion is to completely remove the capture task and replace it with completing three battles.
Reason? I spent 4 hours completing this task.
Since you only control one soldier, your impact on the situation is very small. If everyone have average skill, then no one can capture any point. Because obviously defensive side has greater advantage.
Once you die, you will respawn 200 meters away, and even if your teammates are capturing, you cannot participate in it in time.
If you die to protect the capturing process, your teammates will thank you for your ultimate sacrifice, but you won’t get any rewards.
It has nothing to do with skill, you just need good luck, which is completely BS.

YES, completing three battles would be more reasonable
Funny enough my very first battle I got 1/3 of the total 150 kills, 2/3 captured points, and over 3k in score. Like 3 matches and I’m done, just got lucky I guess?
We really shouldn’t have the 3 captures, 3 battles makes it more reasonable especially for an event that is only around for two weeks.
That’s survivorship bias. Just because you managed it doesn’t mean others find it as quick. We should base our judgment on how most players are doing.
Right now, most people need at least three to five hours to finish it.
From what I’m seeing, people just don’t defend or capture the point, I capture one or two points in matches, so as always, most enlisted players either have a skill issue or don’t like defending the point.
Here’s the natural, fluent English translation for posting in game communities:
How to put it? When it comes to defensive tactics in this game, about one minute after our AI troops launch an attack and capture points, call in a heavy bombing on the open area between the enemy and our defensive position.
This way, when the enemy’s AI launches an attack, they will be suppressed immediately, preventing our position from being lost. Since this is solo play, it’s quite demanding on the player’s skill.
The key factor whenever AI launches a large-scale attack in the game is whether someone is manning a heavy machine gun or operating a tank. Against heavy firepower, individual soldiers are pretty insignificant.
After all, if it were real defensive gameplay, just waiting for enemy AI to spawn in fixed waves would be pretty boring.
Besides, enemies with bolt-action rifles can easily take you out from fixed positions if they aim carefully.
So basically, most players just sneak around left and right.
I play over a wide area, and the only way I can win is by quietly calling in artillery strikes on both flanks from the rear to suppress the enemy and buy time for our side to capture objectives.
I think the fixed artillery strike mechanic is quite innovative.
At least you don’t have to rely on a radio operator.
The game still has lag issues, but the artillery clearing infantry mechanic is great.
Especially being able to call in strikes on two areas at once — it can completely stop the enemy’s offensive momentum and create great opportunities to capture objectives.
Actually no, enemy artillery doesn’t wipe out the entire enemy team, and it’s always possible to capture the point even with many of the attackers killed.
Ahem, no. I just asked the AI to rearrange the order of what I said, because I tend to speak my mind freely. Besides, using AI software to translate my words works better than paying for those useless translation tools. That’s why I use AI. I’m not an AI myself; I’m just using a convenient tool.
