The constant shifts between BR and values such as RPM and recoil are making the weapons in Enlisted unfun to use. What’s the point of having weapons in Enlisted if they’re uniqueness can be changed in a lazy attempt to balance the game?
Every weapon needs to be readjusted so that it’s closest to the real life thing as possible, and then put in its BR accordingly. Stop the slopification of Enlisted.

Funny you mention… because that’s what’s causing the aforementioned issue.

I’ve been saying for as long as I have been on this forum that the Dev’s should have made every weapon in this game as close to it’s “MOST USED” statistics. Set them correct the first time and leave them alone. Then, we wouldn’t have this constant drum banging for buff this weapon and de buff that weapon. They would be what they were, and if the player were unhappy with a weapon then they would have only had the manufacture to blame.
The Dev’s need to sit down, research all the weapons they have in the game, and set them once and for all, to their accurate most commonly used ROF settings ect. (If possible). This will make some happy and piss some off, but at least they would be correcting a problem they created by buffing weapons to inaccurate settings.

Arguably quite some guns have incorrect HA rates of fire, the exact rates are up for debate, but I believe:
STG =500 RPM
PPS43 =600 RPM
MG42 = 1200 RPM
Kiraly =700 RPM
FNAB = 800 RPM
AS-44 = 600 RPM

Technically the fire rate could be adjusted… while i’d love for it to be nerfed it is actually logical.
Maybe you could give it an option for like heavy or light bolt like equipping scopes.

Thats exactly why this issue happens in the first place
Mostly correct. They should be:
StG.44: 540 RPM
PPS-43: 600-650 RPM
MG.42: 900-1500 RPM (depends on bolt, 900 RPM was universal late-war).
Kiraly: 700 RPM
FNAB: 830 RPM
AS-44: 520 RPM

Uh, no. If the weapon is too OP then move it up a BR. Ain’t that hard bud.
I’m not disagreeing… just acknowledging the irony in your comment.
The changes to fg 42, avs and type 100 mg have all been historically accurate yet make the gun unfun to use… what you seem to have a problem with, and it’s a product of the historical accuracy changes.
However if all guns were historically accurate in the first place then it wouldn’t be happening so there is some logic there.
