This is a formal request by vote, that the moderator of the official Enlisted server on Discord @mystiqe be replaced by a person better qualified for the role of server moderator.
The request is motivated to that lately many users have expressed their dissatisfaction with the current form and lead the community that makes life on the server, this motivated to that is taking powers that go beyond the moderator and taking actions of silencing, banning and limitations on chat users, for reasons that escape the rules expressed in the server itself.
It should be noted that to date the moderator @mystiqe had had a moderate and fair comportamiendo, but has been declining as time passes, to the point that it has become a problem for the community, who ultimately is who contributes to the generation of comments and messages from the server and support other users. This undesirable behavior of the moderator has made many users decide to withdraw from the server and / or limit their participation to a minimum for “fear” of retaliation by the aforementioned moderator.
It is equally important to mention that although the community has been warning about his not very respectable and dignified behavior towards users, the moderator has ignored these warnings and in many cases has taken the matter as a personal matter, so as a suggestion of the community it is necessary to replace this person in the role of moderator of the server.
The community appreciates the effort made by the video game to keep the community active and properly connected, avoiding any kind of confrontation, and in turn also makes an effort to understand the moderators so they do not abuse their ability to mute to object to the opinions of users who are within the rules and which always end up being the product of a mute without notice.
We hope, of course, that the new person appointed to this important position, which indirectly projects the image of the company and the studio, will be the most qualified in this task and that he/she will earn the respect and correctly reflect the values of the company and its group of communicators.
Finally, we hope that the community continues to improve and that the malpractice of a specific moderator does not affect the overall experience of the players, who day by day, bet on a video game based on the second world war, like no other.
