It would be nice to add a commander mode for special abilities…recon, large arty barrages etc but also be able to incentivize the team working together

No I mean try to atleast direct some of the chaos sometimes myself on console wish I could communicate with the team

Sure some would… but a lot are you going to troll mercilessly.
Having some voice comms might be useful - but TBH probably just become more trolling too.
To have something relatively meaningful you need a player population that takes the game a bit more seriously than just a mindless run 'n gun.

I agree. Voip won’t create teamplay, you need teamplay beforehand.
