Exactly what it says on the tin.
Primarily to heal up tank crews. You can use medkits inside a tank, but only for the units you control. This means the 4th, 5th and possibly 6th crew member will remain wounded until they replace someone in slots 1-3.
Secondarily, for people running quadruple medkit builds, to ensure all troops are fully healed before they accept a new order.
In the heat of battle I don’t want to command troops to heal. They should be smart enough to do it automatically.
Rather let me set a threshold before battle by which they will heal themselves. Say for instance at 40% squad bots will use a medkit. Less experienced troops will deviate from this by plus or minus 10%

This command is primarily so tank crews can heal themselves all at once.
